Buying Credits
Last updated: November 20, 2025
Need more credits? You can purchase additional credits at any time. Currently, all payments are processed securely via Xendit in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We are actively adding more payment providers to support direct USD and other currencies soon.
How to Buy Credits
Follow these steps to add credits to your account:
1. Open the Dashboard
Go to Settings → Usage to check your current balance and quotas. Click Buy Credits to open the store.
2. Choose a Bundle
Select the credit bundle that fits your needs. You'll see the USD price and total credits you'll receive.
| USD Price | Total Credits | IDR Amount |
|---|---|---|
| $10 | 10,000 | IDR 165,000 |
| $25 | 30,000 | IDR 412,500 |
| $50 | 70,000 | IDR 825,000 |
| $100 | 160,000 | IDR 1,650,000 |
IMPORTANT
Understanding Pricing:
- USD prices are displayed prominently in the app and reflect the bundle's value
- Payment is processed in IDR – your card will be charged the IDR amount shown above
- The IDR amount is calculated using a favorable exchange rate, ensuring the final charge closely matches the listed USD price
See Understanding Your Bank Statement below for details on how this appears on your card statement.
3. Complete Payment
You will be redirected to Xendit’s secure checkout. Enter your card details and authorize the payment.
NOTE
Security First: Payments are processed securely on Xendit's platform. Since you are redirected there to pay, OmniTranslate never receives or stores your card details.
4. Confirmation
After payment, you'll be automatically redirected back to the app. Your new credits will appear in your balance immediately.
TIP
If credits haven't appeared after 5 minutes, refresh the Usage tab. Still missing? Contact support with the invoice ID shown at the bottom of the confirmation card so we can reconcile the payment.
Understanding Your Bank Statement
Since you're charged in IDR, here's what to expect on your bank statement:
- Currency Conversion: Your bank will convert the IDR charge to your local currency. The conversion rate depends on your bank's exchange rate at the time of processing.
- Foreign Transaction Fees: Some banks apply a small fee (typically 1-3%) for international or foreign currency transactions.
- Final Amount: The amount shown on your statement may differ slightly from the USD price due to your bank's exchange rate and any applicable fees.
Expiry & Usage
- Validity: Purchased credits expire 180 days (6 months) after the date of purchase.
- Priority: We automatically use the credits that expire soonest first. This ensures you always use up your oldest grants before newer ones.
- Tracking: You can see the expiry date for each specific credit grant in
Usage → Credit Grants.
FAQ
Why am I charged in IDR when the app shows USD?
Our product is priced in USD for consistency, but our payment partner Xendit processes all transactions in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We use a favorable exchange rate to ensure the final charge closely matches the listed USD price. We plan to add more payment providers supporting direct USD and other currencies in the future.
Are credit purchases refundable?
Once credits are added to your account they're non-refundable, even if you downgrade your plan. They stay available until you spend them or they reach the 180-day expiry.
What if my payment fails or I don't receive credits?
If your payment doesn't go through or credits don't appear within 5 minutes:
- Check your email for a payment confirmation from Xendit
- Refresh the Usage tab in your dashboard
- If the issue persists, contact us at support@readomni.com or via our Discord community with your invoice ID
