Usage Limits β
Last updated: August 25, 2026
OmniTranslate meters translations with a unified quota + credit system. Daily quotas reset every day, weekly quotas reset every week, and credits cover overflow usage and Premium models. You can check the time left until each reset in the Usage section in Settings or on the Usage page. For current prices, see Translation Models; for billing and credit behavior, see Credits & Usage.
This page highlights the remaining feature-specific limits (library, exports, glossary tools, etc.). Limits may change as we tune the system for fairness and stability.
IMPORTANT
We may adjust quotas without prior notice to prevent abuse, ensure fair use, and maintain system stability.
WARNING
Please use OmniTranslate responsibly. Excessive or abusive activity may trigger temporary throttling or cooldowns.
Translation Usage β
Translation throughput no longer depends on per-model quotas. You can run any model currently available to you as long as the model accepts your chosen billing method and you have enough quota or credits to start. Some Premium models are credit-only. Most users will stay within quota and rarely need to use credits.
For current model costs, read Translation Models. For quota and credit behavior, read Credits & Usage.
