Batch Analyze

Last updated: Jan 7, 2026

Batch Analysis is a specialized tool that helps you create a cleaner, more consistent translation by extracting a glossary from your content before you translate. For a step-by-step guide, see Batch Jobs.

IMPORTANT

Credits Only: This feature consumes credits. It cannot use your daily or weekly subscription quota.

What it does

The analysis process reads through your chapters and:

  1. Extracts Terms: Identifies proper names, recurring terms, and specific phrases.
  2. Suggests Translations: Proposes translations for these terms based on context.
  3. Builds Glossary: Allows you to save these terms to your thread's glossary.

Why use it?

  • Consistency: Ensures names (e.g., "Song Shuhang") are translated identically across all 100+ chapters.
  • Context: You can add corrections to terms (e.g., "Always translate 'Senior White' as 'Venerable White'").
  • Efficiency: Fixing terms in the glossary once is faster than editing them in every single chapter after translation.

Requirements

  • Draft or Translated: Batch analysis can be performed on both Draft (raw content) and Translated chapters.
  • Credits: You must use credits. Quota is not applicable.
